In-Person & Online Counselling Across Greater Victoria, BC
Introspectus Counselling is based in Colwood and serves clients across the Greater Victoria region, including Victoria, Langford, Sooke, and the wider Westshore. Sean Lewis is a Pre-Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Canadian Counsellor offering individual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, stress, depression, relationship struggles, and spiritual or existential questions.
Whether you prefer meeting in person at our Wale Road office or connecting through secure online video, you will receive the same thoughtful, evidence-informed care. All sessions are $150, and direct billing is available through most major extended health insurance providers via CCC designation.
